TransAsia Marine services provide transportation services to Sinoda Shipping and their principals in and around Singapore. The ops team uses email and phone calls as the main methods of communications and tracking.

Create a custom application, Ezifleets, to bring in the stakeholders collaboration, optimise the process, automate tasks and create a centralised repository of data & information.
The system would include Admin Management, Customer Order Management, Schedule Management, Job Order Management, Invoicing Management, Reports & Analytics and Notifications & Alerts.
An app was developed as well for the transport drivers to be in sync with the whole transportation process. The app also helped improve customers’ service experience as it provided real-time information about their transportation.
